In this game we play the role of a secret government agent Gabe Logan, who tries to prevent a threatening terrorist attack in Washington using a dangerous biological weapon called Syphon Filter. In subsequent missions, our protagonist faces many different challenges, from open fire to silent sneaking behind enemies' backs.

In the game we play the role of bloodthirsty antiheroes, who are sent to defeat the crazy C.H.E.B.A. - a villain whose brain was transplanted into the body of a hermit-artist. The gameplay boils down to wandering through completely twisted worlds and brutal elimination of hostile enemies using a large arsenal of deadly weapons.

The gameplay is divided into two segments. The first one allows you to overlook a map of the fantasy world and move your units on it. In terms of mechanics, Chrono Phantasma Extend combines elements of classic 2D fighting games and visual novels, a genre very popular in Japan. We follow the game's plot through dialogues and artworks. Once in a while we have to fight with the enemies we encounter, and results of those fight have impact on the plot.
