Training Games
Training games is a mode that should be checked by everyone, and certainly by every beginner. There are several types of training games to count, and in each of them you will have to perform several more and more difficult challenges. Training games are credited by collecting the appropriate amount of points. In this mode the following training games can be distinguished:
- Basics
- Passing
- Dribbling
- Defending
- Shooting
Arena
Arena is a training area where you can control one player and have the opportunity to practice e.g. dribbling, shooting or try to cheat the goalkeeper. This mode should be tried out by every beginner to see how a football player is controlled in the game. Here, you will know with what angle and with what force to shoot in order to score a goal.
Kick Off
FIFA 19 Kick Off mode lets you create a quick offline match against computer-controlled teams or play a game with friends. In this mode you can play all available teams and clubs. Kick Off mode allows you to completely customize the game. The following gameplay variants are available.
Classical Match
A classic "quick match" which can be played with any team on a standard basis. A classic match can be used as a warm-up before online games with other players.
Own rules match
By choosing this option, the player can create a number of rules that will apply during the match. There are a lot of rule variants, so everyone will find something for themselves. We distinguish the following variants of the game::
- Long distance shots - all goals scored outside the penalty line are counted twice.
- Survival - every time a team loses a goal, one random player from the field will also be lost. Each team can lose a total of 4 players. What's more, each team can receive a maximum of 2 red cards. The next red card ends with the loss of the team in a match.
- Heads and volleys - in such a match only goals scored from the head or volley count. Goals from free kicks and penalty kicks also count.
- Up to X goals - The player can set the required number of goals to win the game. For example, here you can set a golden goal rule or race up to 3 goals. If the required number of goals is not scored within 90 minutes, overtime will occur. If overtime doesn't bring the required result, a penalty shootout competition will take place.
- No rules - in such a match there is no whistling of fouls or offsides. Players cannot receive any cards either.
UEFA Champions League
In this variant, player has the option to play one UEFA Champions League group match, dual final match or the UEFA Champions League final itself.
Championship Finals
A variant in which player has the ability to play the final match of any cup competition. For ease of use, all cups have been grouped alphabetically, so players will quickly find what they are looking for.
Dual match
In this variant, you have the opportunity to play the classic two-match in which you play the role of the host, and later the role of the guest. The winner will be the team that scores more goals after two matches. In case of a tie, the team that scored the higher number of goals as a guest wins.
Series of matches
In this variant you can play a series of 3 to 5 fast matches to determine the winner.
Champions League
By choosing this mode, player will be able to take part in international, European, club football tournaments and compete for the UEFA Champions League Cup. The Champions League tournament consists of 2 phases.
- Group Phase - 32 teams play in 8 groups, 4 in each group. All teams play with each other twice. Out of each group 2 teams with the highest number of points are going to be promoted.
- Play off - cup system games. The teams of a given pair play with each other twice - once as a host, and once as a visitor. Only two teams that play the final match for the cup will advance to the final.
Tournaments
By choosing the FIFA 19 tournament mode, players have the option of taking part in single player tournaments from different countries or creating their own league or cup tournament. For example, a player will have the opportunity to play matches in the Bundesliga, Premier League or La Liga. Women's cup games are also available.
FIFA 19 Ultimate Team
FIFA 19 Ultimate Team is an advanced gameplay system in which players have the opportunity to create their own dream team and collect player cards. What is more, in this mode, players have the possibility to use special one-time cards, which are used e.g. for advanced training, treatment of injuries, prolongation of contracts. In addition, gamers have the ability to track the market where they can put their own players on sale and buy those that others have put up for sale. Players' cards can also be obtained by purchasing special packages or by participating in tournaments.
The Journey: Champions
The Journey - Champions is a continuation of the famous story mode in FIFA. In the previous parts, player had the opportunity to play the story of a promising football player from England, who wanted to appear in the world of football. This time, you will have the opportunity to learn the fate of as many as three separate heroes. You will be able to play the roles of Alex Hunter, Danny Williams and Kim Hunter and lead them towards fame. Interestingly, all three stories run in parallel and the player has the ability to freely switch between the fate of the three heroes.
Manager and player career
Career mode in FIFA 19 will provide you with many hours of great gameplay. The player has the opportunity to play the role of a manager and take on the burden of team development. Also, you have an opportunity to develop a career of one of the players. Career mode in FIFA 19 has been extended and new tactical systems, extended press conferences, animations of the Champions League and European League selections have been added. Also, now you can witness animations of prize and award ceremonies.
Manager career
A manager career is a very interesting single player mode where you have to deal with practically everything - team setting, player transfer, youth development and even the sale of T-shirts. Before you start your career as manager, you can decide whether you want to take up a position in a strong club and create a real dream team, or start with a lower class and gradually climb up the ladder.
Player career
A player's career allows you to lead the fate of a player in such a way to help him enter the world of football and turn him into a true legend. Interestingly, in the course of a player's career, you can decide to retire and take the position of team manager.
