ETS2: Employing drivers - how to do it?

To employ a driver using the main control panel, click on the job agency icon located in lower right corner. Then click on a button.

The agency, regardless the skills of employed drivers, always charges a commission in amount of EUR 1,500. When you pick your driver pay attention to:

• work evaluation - the higher the better;
• salary - the lower the better, but good evaluation hardly goes with low salary (although it happens);
• skills - the long distance is the king; preferably long distance and other valuable skill (all but eco driving).
