Elex: How to quickly earn experience?
Table of Contents
Earning experience is one of the most important aspects of playing Elex – it allows you to improve and develop your character. It is quite intuitive and progresses with the gameplay, however, it is important to differentiate between the two possible methods of doing that:
- Completing quests – this is the most efficient way. Upon completing a quest, you can earn even several hundred experience points. The missions are often divided into several parts, thus even an unfinished missions can develop the character. You can get the most experience points when completing the main story missions, however, others are also quite profitable.
Killing opponents is a slow way of leveling your character up.
- Killing opponents – eliminating your enemies is a yet another way of earning experience points, however, it is not as efficient as completing missions. Usually, for defeating an enemy, you get over a dozen to several dozen experience points, which is a relatively small amount. Of course, you can mass murder your foes but it is quite time-consuming. What is worth remembering, you can earn experience even for killing harmless creatures (e.g. rats), however, it gives you only several points. The Experienced Hunter ability allows you to earn more experience points for killing your opponents.
- Acquiring Elex Drink flasks – Elex Drink flasks are scattered all around the in-game world. Drinking a small bottle of such a drink instantly gives you 100XP. Medium Elex bottles give 2 attribute points, and big ones – 1 skill point.
