  1. Genre: Adventure RPG horror
  2. Creators: Panstasz
  3. Platforms: PC, PS4, Switch
  4. Is this another production in this universe: no
  5. Is it a developer debut: yes

Panstasz is at it with a game so original that it was talked about long before giving even an approximate release date. This black-and-white production is as retro as possible, showing that even the use of some archaic gameplay mechanics does not necessarily cause a decrease in playability.

World of Horror directly references the world of Uzumaki , a Japanese manga where the reason for the madness and macabre is the eponymous spiral . But not only that. It is a multi-layered work, referring to many earlier horror films, including, of course, the prose of the loner from Providence, but also Poe or even Dante. In addition, many events here are surreal in nature - sometimes it is not entirely clear what was real and what was just an imagination.

The black and white World of Horror tells a story where randomness is key. The protagonist's task is to explore the surroundings - a seaside town in Japan where ancient, Lovecraftian entities have awakened. The inhabitants go mad, just like Junji Ito, and the apocalypse can only be stopped by solving five randomly drawn puzzles received at the beginning of the game. Some of the places where you will search for solutions are also randomly generated.
