Table of Contents

Dragon Age Origins: All Trophies, Achievements Dragon Age: Origins Guide

Last update: 07 June 2024

This page of the trophy guide for Dragon Age: Origins contains a list of all base game trophies (without DLC trophies - these can be found on a separate page of this guide). Every described trophy has its requirements listed and offers a short commentary from the author.

Introduction to trophies

  1. The set consists of 1 platinum trophy, 3 golden ones, 5 silver, and 42 bronze trophies. The platinum trophy is available only with the PlayStation 3 version.
  2. All console versions offer achievements. In the case of the PC version, achievements are available only for the Origin version, bought directly from EA shop. Steam versions have no achievements - this applies to both the base edition and the Ultimate Edition, which includes all available add-ons.
  3. Our trophy guide contains numerous links to other chapters of the tutorial, such as the walkthrough or the world atlas. We marked them in bold. They will allow you to get more information about the necessary steps to unlock individual achievements (for example, how to complete a quest that is connected to an achievement)
  4. Trophies can be won regardless of the chosen difficulty level. If you want to get a platinum trophy more easily, choose the lowest difficulty level and complete the game on this setting.
  5. You can't get all the achievements in a single playthrough, but on the other hand, you don't have to go through the entire campaign multiple times. Among the various trophies, there are a few of them that require extra effort.
  6. For example, all trophies involving different origin stories. You have to finish each one of them, which means starting a new game and completing the prologue for each origin. Fortunately, the game does not require you to complete the campaign each time with a new hero. You can simply finish the prologue, score the trophy, and leave the game.
  7. Other troublesome trophies are those that require you to advance to level 20 with each of the main classes, e.g. rogue, mage, or warrior. Developing a character to reach level 20 requires a lot of time, but as in the case of the previous achievement type, you don't have to finish the campaign. After reaching level 20 for the given class, you can immediately start a new game and work on other classes.
  8. If you want, you can cheat and advance your character to level 20 instantly by activating the special feature from the DLC. This "trick" was described in detail in sections dedicated to achievements such as Master of Arms, Shadow, and Archmage.
  9. Some trophies are related to romances. Try to unlock them during your first playthrough. Complete remaining romances during the second playthrough during which you'll level the remaining classes to level 20.
