SOUL 1/3 - SOUL is in the secret area, next to the main arena. To get there, use Aquila at grapevine and then Angel Lift.

SOUL 2/3 - SOUL is where the Kat is, and you need to jump to it.

SOUL 3/3 - SOUL is on a small balcony at the main arena, you can reach it with Angel Boost, bouncing from the higher shelf.
