Forbidden City Entry and Divine Beast Vah Naboris | Zelda Zelda Breath of the Wild guide, walkthrough
Last update: 18 June 2019
To get to Gerudo Town, you have to get proper clothing - Gerudo Set. Talk to Benja near the city entrance. Then go to Kara Kara Bazaar and get on top of the inn. Talk to Villia and buy the outfit for 600 Rupees, which will allow you to enter the city.
In the city, go to its center to talk to Riju. Then talk to Teake outside the building. Then go to the Karus Valley to find the thieves that hide there. Follow the marker and jump down. The way to the entrance can be recognized with the ropes stretched in the ravine. Burn the third banner on the right to reveal the entrance into the hideout. Burning the remaining banners will reveal chests.
Inside the hideout, you should try to sneak. A fight with the guards isn't impossible, but it's pretty darn difficult. You can bypass the first one with no effort at all - just wait until he gets out of your way. The second one has to be lured out outside the door. Show yourself for a split second and let him follow you to the stone - when he exits, sneak around the stone and behind his back.
In the next area, use the ladder to get on the upper floor. At the end, you can collect a whole bunch of bananas and a treasure from a chest. Then, use the ladder on the wall. On the scaffolding, approach the guarded passage. Drop a bomb near the guard, so that he checks it out and briefly abandons his post. Jump behind him and get inside the next room. Use the Magnesis Rune and pull the chest out of the sand. You'll find some crystals. Use the rune to open the revolving door on one of the walls. On the other side, you'll have to fight Master Kohga. The fight is described in the chapter on boss fights. After defeating him, go back to Riju.
