Look for First Aid | 13: Open Wounds Walkthrough
Stay on the main path to Shantytown. As you may have noticed, Lara is quite seriously wounded, so for the moment she can't climb the higher walls or perform too many leaps in a row. When you get to the first hole, slide down and wait until she finds herself in the next area. Head north; Lara will see a helicopter, and you'll receive an update on your objectives (reward: 100 XP).
