Kill the Slyzard (level 44) and search the body. You'll find rare diagram inside - Toussaint Ducal Guard Officer's gauntlets.
Kill all bandits (level 40) and win the fight with their leader - Filibert Fourfingers. You can find him sitting atop of the tower.
Kill all bandits (level 44) and search the chest placed near the tent.
Clear the cave from all vampires - Garkain and Fleder (level 44). After the fight search the case near a corpse.
Kill the Forktail (level 45) and destroy it's nest.
Kill all wolves (level 35) outside and inside the cave. After that you'll have to also kill their leader - Werewolf (level 48). In the chest you can find rare silver sword diagram - Gesheft.
Kill the werewolf (level 48) in order to liberate this place.
Search a corpse laying inside the shed and kill bruxae (level 44).
Talk to the vintner in order to receive a contract and clear the cave from all giant centipedes (level 43).
Get rid of all drowners (level 35) and search the body laying on the shore. Treasure hunt quest - "The Black Widow".

The above map shows the eastern part of Toussaint duchy. The most important locations of this part of the duchy are marked on the map. However, the map also contains information about places where you unlock quests and about the location of signposts which are helpful in using the quick travel. The most important location on the M3 map is the title Dun Tynne Castle with the areas surrounding it. In this part of the duchy you will also find, among other places, The Cockatrice Inn and Mont Crane Castle.

Important information related to M3 map
- You can completely ignore the exploration of Dun Tynne Castle for most of the game. You will visit this location during one of the later main quests - Capture the Castle.
- The second bigger castle on M3 map is Mont Crane Castle. It's a hansa base which means trouble. The lower courtyard can be secured by a weaker character, but eliminating all enemies from the upper one (including the leader of enemies) requires having high experience level. It is worth adding that you can find Grandmaster Witcher Gear parts here.
- At first you should keep away from Fort Ussar Ruins because there is a nest of slyzards there (flying dragon-like creatures). You should exterminate them after you unlock the Witcher Contract Bovine Blues.
