Gideon's Rock | Audiologs in The Surge 2 The Surge 2 guide, walkthrough

Gideon's Rock is an independent location in The Surge 2, just like Port Nixon. The location contains numerous audiologs that can be collected, three of which are related to the side task available here. Most of the audiologs are cleverly hidden between rocks and bushes.

Repeller Guide

At MedBay in Gideon's Rock, you'll find the first audiolog under the TVs.

Gideon Rocks!

On the hill, behind the Hawke base, near the Cougar Trail. This audiolog is hard to notice cause it's hidden in the bushes.

Thanks For All The Fish

On the way to the first repeller on the Cougar Trail. Look for the audiolog on the left by the stairs.

Taking a Hint

At the first repeller on the Cougar Trail.

Cervantes' Secret 2/3

Behind the square at the base, next to the magnetic lift (on the Cougar Trail).

Status Update

On the square, behind the Hawke base, on one of the tables, it's hard to miss.

Mustang Hills trail - turn left to a hidden base at the top of the stairs.

The audiolog is in the base, in the corner of the room.

Follow the Mustang Hills trail near the base, take the stone stairs to the top, moving slightly off the main path.

The Golden Hour

At the lookout point on the Mustang Hills trail (with the Gideons Rock! inscription).

Cervantes' Secret 1/3

On the square in front of the terrace with "Gideon's Rock" inscription, next to the door leading to the spotlight in Mustang Hills. One of GEIA's robots may be standing on the audiolog.

Life in Jericho

In the bushes, behind a minefield on the Mustang Hills trail, right in front of an elevator leading to a repeller located in this area.

Death Of The Hunter

In the Metea Forest on the Boar Trail you will reach the bridge. You are at a fork of the road. On the hill before the bridge turn right and walk along the rocky wall.

You'll find an audiolog on a rock around the corner.

The Smell Of Jericho

In the Metea Forest on the Boar Trail, stick to the left wall and enter the hidden base in the cave.

Halfway down the road you'll find an audiolog in the corner.

Cervantes' Secret 3/3

After defeating Cervantes boss on the Boar Trail, he will drop the last audiolog of this series.
