Use the Map to go the Kew Gardens and talk to Hamish about his activities at the morning when Dunne died. Ask Albert and Margaret the same question. Also, ask Miss White about her records.
When the gardens are empty, activate Holmes's investigation and go to the Waterlily greenhouse. Move towards Watson for a better view. Look through the windows of the Colonial Collection room. When the action titled: Inhaling the spores appears, mark it as number 1. Now, look at the door and mark Escaping the room as nr 2. Watch the sequence (options at the top of the screen).
