Eden Tower

Once you enter Eden Tower, you should return to Crawler and upgrade your companions - Mission 10: Eden Tower | Walkthrough - Walkthrough - ReCore Game Guide

Once you enter Eden Tower, you should return to Crawler and upgrade your companions.

While in Eden Tower, take a look on the transport pod located to the right. You should use it and upgrade your companions, as a tough boss - Victor - awaits behind the gate.

BOSS: Victor

Victor is the most powerful enemy youll ever meet in the game - Mission 10: Eden Tower | Walkthrough - Walkthrough - ReCore Game Guide

Victor is the most powerful enemy you'll ever meet in the game.

Victor is a huge AP-3 with an unusual frame. His movements are similar to what you're accustomed to from the encounters with other robots of this type. But Victor is much more aggressive and less predictable. Additionally, to make the encounter harder, he'll create a barrier that will significantly impair your escape abilities. You should also notice that this is the only enemy whose core cannot be removed. You need to fire at him until he falls.

By default, Victor is grey, but he can change his color to yellow, red, or blue. Remember about changing the color of the ammo according to his current palette. His attacks also depend on his current color:

  • When he is red, he creates powerful fire rings around himself. They are much faster, numerous, and bigger than these created by other robots of such colors.
  • When he is yellow, he shoots a volley of quick homing missiles, and can create a whirlwind using his body. The incoming missiles can be shot down, but if they hit you, you'll be immobilized.
  • When he is blue, he shoots an incredibly fast and powerful beam of paralyzing laser from his core that sweeps the wide area before him.

Take on Victor first, ignoring his helpers if possible, as their numbers are infinite. When you take care of his health points, the enemy will create a quickly moving ring of black spikes that stun Joule and make her unable to see colors if you aren't able to dodge this attack. Additionally, he will create a shield around him, powered by summoned robots. To wear it down, you need to destroy all the enemies. If you were successful, Victor will be stunned for a few seconds. Track his current color to maximize damage dealt before he gets back to normal.

A short cut-scene awaits after defeating the boss. Once the cut-scene is over, you need to follow the path before you to reach the top. Take notice that on the left side of the road, a moment before the door, there is a red audiolog. The gate opposite to you requires twenty prismatic cores. If you followed this guide closely, haven't visited any side dungeons, and haven't gathered any cores from Shifting Sands, you should have about 19 cores. To continue, you need to gather more. Despite the plot pressure, you don't have to rush, so gather all the necessary cores without any haste. It is recommended that you should have about 45 of them before you attempt to continue through Eden Tower, to avoid coming back.

First Floor

The first floor will check your dexterity.

To reach the final boss and the end of the game, you need to traverse the floors of Eden Tower. Each of the floors is an arcade sequence being a test for your abilities.

The first floor contains narrow platforms containing Corebyte Rollers. There is a place where you can rest and a checkpoint approximately every second obstacle. If you are not versed in air acrobatics, jump through the platform slowly, using second jump and sprint. After a few breaks, you'll find yourself before platforms connected in a circle, with lasers coming through the beginning and the end. The balls deflect the lasers, giving you a small window of opportunity to get further ahead.

While on the arena, youll be attacked by continuous waves of more powerful enemies. - Mission 10: Eden Tower | Walkthrough - Walkthrough - ReCore Game Guide
While on the arena, you'll be attacked by continuous waves of more powerful enemies.

While getting through the next obstacles, you'll reach a square arena that will be closed with red energy barriers when you enter it. Here, an encounter with continuous waves of more powerful enemies await you. You'll mainly encounter colored K-9s and SP-DRs. Once you defeat them all, you won't be able to retreat, and the only way will be to push forward.

The following obstacles will require much more control over Joule's jumps. To avoid the ball, you'll need to dodge them by jumping outside of the path. You'll finally reach the second arena, where a tough encounter will take place with already known enemies: Cadre and Elder Alarum. The encounter itself hasn't been changed at all. Remember to attack the flying enemy from below or from the back. Once you defeat them, a road will appear before you, leading through the previous obstacles, but varied with platforms located an acute angle, not perpendicular to the ground. When you cross them, you'll find yourself in a huge room leading to the next floor. Take notice that there is a transport pod to the right from the stairs. If you have enough cores, at least 25, you can enter the next floor.

Second Floor

This time, the game will check your flying abilities. - Mission 10: Eden Tower | Walkthrough - Walkthrough - ReCore Game Guide
This time, the game will check your flying abilities.

This floor will check your fly abilities and usage of energy rings. Your obstacles include mobile energy barriers and platforms changing their angles at once to over 90 degrees to the ground. Once you pass through a few obstacles, you'll reach another arena. This time, your enemies will include FL1-R and disarranged Corebyte Lattice. Take notice that each corner of the arena has a nest of Lattices, and you need to eliminate them before you can eliminate the other enemies. Then, multi-colored FL1-R will attack one at a time. Once you defeat the last enemy, the arena will be unlocked.

The next obstacles are in form of energy barrier that switch between each other in short amounts of time. Again, you'll need to jump through the rings and avoid hitting the wall. Then, the walls will be immobile, but the rings will have pre-determined paths that they will use continuingly. Once you cross this area, an arena awaits you, where you'll be attacked by a few waves of enemies: first, K-9s, then three waves of multi-colored AP-3s, and at the end, a fight with one, special, green AP-3 with increased durability. Additionally, each wave will contain additional danger - exploding Thumper Corebytes. Remember that these enemies cannot be destroyed by shooting, and you need to eliminate them using the extractor. Once you defeat all the enemies, a last arcade element of this floor awaits. This time, you'll need to avoid a moving laser, at the same time jumping over rotating platforms. Behind this obstacle, you'll need to jump through rings avoiding enabling and disabling barriers, and finally you should reach the exit on the next floor. Take notice that there is a red audiolog right near the edge, on the left side from the entrance. The next room contains a transport pod under the wall on the right. IF you have 30 prismatic cores you can continue to floor three.

Third Floor

This arena is probably the hardest battle in the game. - Mission 10: Eden Tower | Walkthrough - Walkthrough - ReCore Game Guide
This arena is probably the hardest battle in the game.

The next floor will mainly test your reflex. You have to jump between disappearing platforms. You'll quickly reach the first arena, which is probably the hardest encounter (aside from bosses) in the game. Throughout many waves, you'll be attacked by different variants of K-9s and Corebyte Caterpillar. It this wasn't enough, the arena is radioactive in some locations, and will deal damage until you defeat all the enemies.

The next arcade sequence will require jumping between platforms moving in a circle, with every second one disappearing. You'll quickly notice that the only way to move forward is to jump in the direction counter wise to the movement of the circle. Then you'll encounter square fields that move in your direction, and disappear when they close in to a checkpoint. The last of them will ascend, so move cautiously, as to not end your flight under them.

The platforms, aside being mobile, will start taking other shapes than squares. They will be much smaller. - Mission 10: Eden Tower | Walkthrough - Walkthrough - ReCore Game Guide
The platforms, aside being mobile, will start taking other shapes than squares. They will be much smaller.

The next arena should contain mainly SP-DRs. Even if the radioactivity will appear once again, these enemies have much less health than Caterpillars, and aren't created from individual elements, so this encounter should be much easier and faster than the previous arena. The arcade sequence that appears next is a repetition on of the previous ones, but this time the platforms will be gradually smaller, so you'll need to land with precision on small spaces.

The next arena is completely filled with radioactivity. You need to get rid of the enemies as fast as possible! - Mission 10: Eden Tower | Walkthrough - Walkthrough - ReCore Game Guide
The next arena is completely filled with radioactivity. You need to get rid of the enemies as fast as possible!

The next arena houses three waves of three SP-DRs. Aside from them, you'll also encounter Floaters, and singular Cadres. You need to get rid of the enemies as quickly as you can, as the arena is completely radioactive, and you won't have even a moment to regenerate your health points. After combat, a simple arcade sequence awaits, with disappearing platforms creating a path that will lead you to the only energy ring on this floor, which will lead to you to the end of the floor.

Fourth Floor

The fourth floor is the last with the arcade puzzles. - Mission 10: Eden Tower | Walkthrough - Walkthrough - ReCore Game Guide
The fourth floor is the last with the arcade puzzles.

The first floor is the pre-ultimate one. You will face an arcade sequence, and it's the shortest floor of all. Before you jump to a mobile platform before you, take a blue audiolog found to the left from the exit. To cross this obstacle, you'll need to avoid lasers which sometimes cross across the whole area before you. While on the first arena, take notice that its center is sometimes cut by a barrier that will shove you into the wall to which it's headed, dealing serious damage to you. Here, you'll encounter a Scavenger - to destroy him, you need to fire at the lit vents that release Floaters. Additionally, the party will be joined by a few types of AP-3s.

Pay attention to the lasers. Sometimes its hard to notice a gap between them. - Mission 10: Eden Tower | Walkthrough - Walkthrough - ReCore Game Guide
Pay attention to the lasers. Sometimes it's hard to notice a gap between them.

The next obstacles contain more lasers and smaller platforms, and shouldn't be a serious challenge for you if you managed to finish the previous floors. Only the area with round platforms with barriers is a new challenge in relation to previous tasks. To cross this area, you need to shoot the closer barrier when it cuts the way of the first laser wall, and jump to the next platform as quickly as possible. When the barrier activates and reaches the next lasers, shoot it again, blocking the platform moving vertically before you. Now make a jump-sprint-jump combination to reach the energy ring. There is a place to rest a bit further, and the next arena.

This arena contains low walls with energy barriers moving between them. As previously, if such energy beam touches you, you'll receive serious damage, and Joule will be thrown off balance. As a result, you should keep to the center or the edges of the arena. Your enemies include K-9s and SP-DRs, with one FL1-R in the penultimate wave.

After the fight, only one arcade segment remains. The beginning is incredibly simple - the platforms will move under the lasers, and your task is to jump over them when the platform is in range. Then, you'll see squares moving around the circle around the laser wall. To avoid contacting the beam, you need to jump between the platforms "counter wise". Followed by them are the energy rings, and behind them the smallest squares, placed between horizontal lasers. This path can be crossed in two ways - either through very precise jumps, or by moving along with the wall if its moves by this path, blocking the access to lasers. Watch out - a wall returns very quickly, so before you try to access the room, jump to an adequate height. If you have 40 cores, you can move to the top floor.

Fifth Floor

The first sequence is trivial compared to the previous ones. Its going to get harder along the way. - Mission 10: Eden Tower | Walkthrough - Walkthrough - ReCore Game Guide
The first sequence is trivial compared to the previous ones. It's going to get harder along the way.

Fifth floor is the last one on which you will have to face arcade sequences. It's a mix of elements from previous floors, so all the abilities acquired throughout the game will be put to a test. While on the arena, take notice that the low walls often change their location. Use them as a cover if your health level falls drastically. You'll face K-9s, SP-DRs, and T8-NKs.

An interesting arcade sequence awaits you after the fight - the smallest square platforms will fly up in the direction of a huge energy barrier. The platforms will change in the direction where they are headed, so you need to sync your jumps with their movement.

The next obstacles include rectangle platforms disappearing and appearing in a different location, with lasers above them making round movements. Then, stable, quite big platforms will travel around the circle, and two laser layers above them. The third variation are the small platforms that have three layers of lasers flying above them with different speeds. After that, you'll have to jump between rotating squares, suspended below a huge barrier. Once you clear all those obstacles, another arena awaits you.

On this arena, you'll face numerous K-9s and Caterpillars. As before, if your health took a hit, try to hide behind one of the low walls. However, watch out for red K-9s, whose fire circles move through the obstacles, and deal serious damage.

Notice that the highest wall is suspended higher than the previous ones. - Mission 10: Eden Tower | Walkthrough - Walkthrough - ReCore Game Guide
Notice that the highest wall is suspended higher than the previous ones.

The last arcade sequence will feature moving walls and platforms. When you reach the moment when there are three different sized energy barriers approaching you, notice that you have to jump through only two lower ones. The third is hanging above Joule's height, so it won't hurt you any damage if you won't jump.

The last arena includes numerous Cadres, as well as AP-3 with prismatic frames that are resistant to carbine fire. Their back is the weak point. As previously, if your health level falls drastically, hide behind one of the walls.

The last arcade element requires a lot of precision and patience. While jumping through platforms, stop and notice the distance to your next objective and the barriers heading your way. Then, carefully jump between the laser beams, especially that their placement can be misleading to the eye.

Once you enter the last room, you can return to Crawler and upgrade your companions. If you are ready, and have 45 prismatic cores, you can proceed further to fight the last boss.

BOSS: Victor Reborn

The last boss is huge, but very slow as a result. - Mission 10: Eden Tower | Walkthrough - Walkthrough - ReCore Game Guide
The last boss is huge, but very slow as a result.

Victor is alive... and he is bigger and meaner than before. However, his size can work to your advantage - he is very slow, and your mobility is the key to success in this encounter. The fight will begin after the cut-scene. At the beginning, Victor doesn't have a specified color, so you need to decide for yourself what kind of ammo to use to deal the most damage to him. Once you get rid of two health bars, he'll create a black hole, sucking every item around and generating new enemies.

Focus on attacking Victor, and let your companion deal with his helpers. Don't try to extract the core until you get his health level to one bar, otherwise your chances of success are very slim, and in case of a failure, Victor will start to regenerate his health.

Once you defeat the last enemy, a cut-scene will begin that will summarize your whole adventure with Joule and Far Eden. Don't forget to wait through the credits to find out what happened to Kai.
