These are the cheapest available investments. They will turn a profit quickly, they don't require a lot of labor input and they offer daily income (although not that high). Draw attention to the map: you will find more info.

Rabbits

You can buy two rabbit cages by your house (no upgrades - EUR 5 000). Each cage can hold 25 rabbits, and every rabbit costs EUR 20. Only after one day, you can sell them for EUR 40 per animal. Thus, if you have all the available cages and animals, you can earn even EUR 500 a day. The investment will turn a profit after10 days. Furthermore, you don't need any additional machines to raise your rabbits.

Raising rabbits.

An additional advantage is that you don't need to take your rabbits anywhere to sell them - you do that with your tablet. However, you need to stand in front of the cages to buy more rabbits. You have 3 days to sell them. After that time, they will get old and their selling price will be lower than what you paid for young rabbits. Wait 3 more days and they will die. Rabbits grow up at midnight.

Chickens

First, build a chicken coop (there are 3 chicken coop slots next to your property) and one costs EUR 5000. Then, you will need to buy some chickens.

To purchase a chicken coop strand in the blue zone, in front of the structure marked with a chicken icon on your map.

The default level of a chicken coop allows you to have 10 chickens, and every animal costs EUR 20. upgrade your chicken coop to level 2 (EUR 10 000) to increase its capacity to 15 chickens.

1. Chickens will grow within 2 days - you can sell them (EUR 25) and they lay eggs,
2. Eggs are produced every day for 5 days - one chicken produces one egg box a day. Thus, on the basis of uncollected boxes, it's easy to count how many days passed by,
3. after 5 days of laying eggs, chickens are ready for sale,
4. If you don't sell your chickens on the last day of laying eggs, you will receive much less (EUR 5), as your chickens will be too old. You get EUR 25 for a grown chicken and EUR 5 for an old one. It's better to sacrifice the last egg box and sell a healthy chicken instead.
5. If you wait too long with selling your chickens, they will die.
6. Market prices are given in tons. In this case ~20 egg boxes = ton.
7. Once you sell your chickens, you can buy new chicks and start the whole process again. You can only use a pickup truck or a small semitrailer to transport your eggs. Eggs are produced at midnight.

Income from raising 15 chickens:

1. buy: EUR 300
2. sell: EUR 375
3. Average egg income (prices change) for 4-5 days: EUR 2000-3000.

You can even use a pickup truck to transport your eggs to a store.

As you can see, chickens are not the best source of income. However, if you purchase all the chicken coops, upgrade them and ignore (or pay attention to) the moment when your chickens get old and lose value, the income from selling eggs can be steady in relation to your effort (after 5 days you will load all your eggs on a single semitrailer and earn around EUR 10 000). you can sell eggs in food markets or e.g. a mayonnaise factory. However, regardless of the place you select, you will always receive the same amount of money. Thus, return on investment takes place after 3-4 weeks.
