This chapter will help you complete the stage connected to the establishment of a rabbit and chicken farm, as well as processing of the potato field. At the end you will need to invest in renewable energy.

Greenhouse farming

The next step is to purchase a nearby greenhouse for 15,000 EUR. Once you're done, you will be able to decide which plants you will grow there. You can choose from the following vegetables: peppers, tomatoes or cabbage.

When the plants reach maturity, you can pick them up at the greenhouse. Not all of the trailers can be used to collect items stored in a box (your Metaltech DM4 is one of those trailers).

Market prices condition the plants you will choose to grow in the greenhouse. Prices can be checked on your tablet. Each plant has a similar growth period of about 24 hours, after which you will be able to collect it. If, however, you don't do it within the next 24 hours, the product will spoil (partially, up to 20%) and will go to waste.

Fertilizer must be delivered to the wooden box located on the wall of the greenhouse.

There are two steps when working in a greenhouse: supplying water from the tanker, as you've been doing it in the past and supplying fertilizer. Tanks with solid fertilizer (stored in sacks) can be found next to every shed. You need to go there with a vehicle with a trailer (Metaltech PH4 / Wielton PRC-2B only) or with a pick-up and select the purchase option. The item will be automatically stored in the vehicle. The fertilizer must then be stored at the greenhouse, inside a wooden box located on the wall of the building. This is the end of this stage.

Note - you should start with tomato farm. In the latter part of the game, you will receive a side mission that requires them to be delivered.

Hen farm

We now advance to hen farming. Head to the specified location and purchase a henhouse for 5,000 EUR. It can be upgraded in free-play mode.

The henhouse can store up to 10 hens, but in this mission you will purchase 5 of them. Stand in front of the henhouse and purchase the animals for 20 EUR each. What you should now:

1. Hens will start laying eggs after 2 days.
2. Eggs are produced each day, for 5 days.
3. After 5 days of laying eggs, hens will lose some of their value by going to the next stage of growth - you should sell them the day before.
4. If, however, you don't sell them during the last day of laying eggs, you will receive less money for them (5 EUR a piece). Selling a mature hen nets you 25 EUR.
5. If you wait too long to sell them, the hens will die.
6. Once the hens are sold, you can purchase new, young animals and start the process all over again.

Potato farm

Now it's time to have some fun with potato farming on field no. 2. For this task you will need about 15,000 EUR. Head to the field located behind your granary - before you do so, however, purchase Akpil Rylec cultivator (from the store or using your tablet - the latter will cost you 20% more).

Cultivation is faster than plowing, but you need to plow the field from time to time to restore its fertility.

This job should be completed fairly quickly. The second stage of is potato planting. Purchase Akpil Planter and fill it up with potatoes from the bag located near your greenhouse.

In the further stage of the game you will have access to a wider potato planter.

Drive to the field, activate the machine and fill the field with potatoes. You will need a special combine to collect them (you can't afford it for now) attached to a tractor. This is not the stage of this tutorial. Once the mission is completed, this field will belong to you.

Rabbit farm

Now purchase rabbit cages next to the henhouse (5,000 EUR) and purchase 5 animals (5x20 EUR). You can store up to 25 rabbits in one farm.

Taking care of the rabbits is even easier than with hens, as selling mature animals is done through the tablet and they don't produce any additional goods. What you should know:

1. Rabbits grow through one full day (24 hours), after which they can be sold.
2. If you don't sell them within 3 days, they will be too old and their price will go down considerably.
3. After 3 more days the rabbits will die.

Once you sell mature rabbits, immediately purchase new ones to start the process again. You can earn up to 500 EUR from a full pack of animals.

Renewable energy

The purchase of solar panels is an investment that will bring you a fixed income of 2240 EUR / day, received each day at midnight. However, in order to invest in solar panels, you will need 50,000 EUR (you can also find a smaller section of solar panels on the map, with lower cost and lower daily income).

In this case you should think about a bank loan, if your budget is considerably lower than the required amount of money. You should, however, divide the payments in such a way that each one of them is lower than the daily income from the panels.

Wind power plants aren't as profitable as solar panels, but they are still worth attention.

The second type of investment are wind power plants. This is a much smaller expense - 4,500 EUR with a daily income of each power plant (acquired at midnight as well) of 200 EUR. Once you finish this stage, you will advance to the 2nd level, gaining access to new activities and equipment.

Side mission: A big job

At this stage, a new side mission located near your farm will become available. A farmer will ask you to plot his two fields: field no. 6 and no. 7.

The farmer can be found at the intersection, to the north of your farm.

The farmer pays 30,000 EUR if you complete the task within 4 days. You should wait with the completion of this task until you acquire more experience and you will be able to purchase better plow / tractor.

Side mission: Breakfast of champions

After taking care of the chickens, a new side mission will be unlocked in the western part of the map. You will be asked to deliver 20 packs of eggs within 3 days - you will receive 5,000 EUR for the task.

It's worth accepting this mission, but you shouldn't do it right away! Remember that hens will reach maturity after 2 days - starting this mission as soon as it's unlocked will result in a guaranteed failure, as you won't receive 20 packs of eggs in the first batch. Approach the eggs with a small Metaltech PH4 trailer or with a pick-up to collect them.
