Search for the updated word noise in the Buzz Researcher app and go to the designated location.
Using a detector, examine a drone flying near the intersection of E Central and W Central streets.
After the cutscene, use the detector again and follow its signal to the man standing in the alley behind Ohama Street.
When the chase begins, catch up with the suspect to complete the case.
