Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition was released for PC on August 7, 2020, over 3 years after its PS4 premiere on February 28, 2017.

Horizon Zero Dawn PC - content

Horizon Zero Dawn on PC is the Complete Edition. This means that it includes:

1. The basic version of the game.
2. The Frozen Wilds DLC. It debuted on the PlayStation 4 in November 2017 and was initially sold separately. Currently, the PS4 version is sold exclusively as a set with this DLC. The Frozen Wilds adds a dozen of extra fun. The action takes place in a new snow-covered land and offers a new storyline.
3. Items packs - Carja Storm Ranger Outfit, Carja Mighty Bow, Carja Trader Pack, Banuk Trailblazer Outfit, Banuk Culling Bow, Banuk Traveler Pack, Keeper Pack.
4. Concept graphics art book. It is only available in the digital version, not as a physical product.

Horizon Zero Dawn PC - technical aspects

1. Minimum system requirements for Horizon Zero Dawn on PC - Processor: Intel Core i5-2500K (3.3 GHz) or AMD FX 6300 (3.5 GHz), Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 (3GB) or AMD Radeon R9 290 (4GB), RAM: 8 GB, Free disk space: 100 GB. 2. The PC version of Horizon Zero Dawn supports 4K resolution. This can be native 4K or upscaled with a lower resolution.
3. The PC edition also supports ultrawide monitors. In addition, the developers have also included the option to remove the FPS cap - this option allows, for example, to play at 60 frames per second, which is great news for those with more powerful PCs.
4. The PC version has vegetation that responds dynamically to contact with the protagonist and other characters. It also offers better reflection effects on different surfaces. Many graphics options can be customized to suit your hardware limitations and capabilities thanks to numerous graphics options. However, the PC version doesn't have to option to adjust the field of view - FoV.

Microtransactions in Horizon Zero Dawn

Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition on PC doesn't have any microtransactions or small DLCs. The only thing you have to purchase is the game itself. All weapons, costumes, and skill points are obtained by making progress in the game.
