Finding a disguise is an important part of almost every mission of Hitman 2, but getting an disguise at Sgail Island may prove to be difficult. This page of the guide will help you find your first disguise. This should enable you to explore the map freely before you unlock better starting locations and disguises from new mastery levels.
Initiate and Ark Member outfits
Both outfits can be found in the same area of the map. Initiate outfit will enable you to complete a story mission (Final Club) that involves taking a part in the competition that will get you a meeting with Zoe. Ark Member outfit will allow you to access new areas on the bottom levels of the castle, including the VIP lounge and the gallery.
Reach the side room shown in the screenshot above that neighbor the upper courtyard that will hold the ceremony soon. You can enter the room even without a disguise, as there is nobody looking in that direction.
The entrance to the side area is patrolled by an Ark member and an initiate (they take turns). These opponents can be lured to a convenient area in one of two ways - by using throwables or by sabotaging the generator shown in the screenshot.
The side area contains a large container that can be used to hide both bodies (this will enable you to change your outfit freely).
Guard outfit
The Guard outfit enables you to travel freely across the bottom levels of the castle. You can use it to visit e.g. the barracks.
In this case, walk up to the gutter found right from the first gate (shown in the screenshot above) - the one which is reached by using the path leading from the pier. You can reach this location soon after beginning the mission. Climb the drain pipe.
Once you reach level 2, use the lockpick (don't forget to take it with you) on the left door in order to access the security room shown in the screenshot above.
You can activate the radio found in one of the corners of the room to lure the guard. Eliminate a single guard that will appear in the room. Turn off the radio and hide the body. You can use the opportunity to sabotage the surveillance equipment, but you'll going to need to distract or eliminate three different guards.
Event Staff outfit
Event Staff outfit does not offer that much freedom as Ark member's outfit, but you may use it to bypass the guards guarding the stairs to level 2 that lead towards the kitchen and the stone circle.
An unused outfit is found in a small side room on level 1 (shown on screenshot above). You can access it from the Showroom or from the path connecting the bottom and upper courtyard.
"Advanced" disguises
The outfits described above allow you to go unnoticed on the lower (and relatively less important) parts of the stronghold. In order to reach higher levels of the castle, you need to swap your outfit to a more unique one. Below, you can fin three very useful and quite easy to get outfits.
The Ark Architect outfit can be easily acquired just by reaching Sgail Mastery Level 18. Additionally, you can start this mission from the Architect lounge - the area where you can find Sophia. With the Ark Architect outfit, you can go undetected to some of the rooms on the 4 and 5 level, however, Architects do not have the access, i.a., to some of the top floors of the castle.
The Raider outfit can be acquired inside the Morgue shown in the screenshot above, where you can find Janus' corpse. Just sabotage the boiler in the smaller room and attack the Raider who will appear afterward.
The largest difference in comparison to the Architect outfit is that you can reach the armory roof, where you'll find Jebediah Block.
The Castle Staff disguise can be acquired after reaching the north-eastern balcony on the fifth floor shown in the screenshot below (it is adjacent to the Architect Lounge). Sabotaging the fuse box results in the castle staff member showing up. Knock him out and hide on the balcony.
This outfit allows you to reach the top floors of the castle - among others, the room the conclave gathers. Agent 47 has to look for the guards that guard the stair. You cannot carry a weapon upstairs, however, you can leave poisons and a garrotte in your inventory.
The Elite Guard disguise is the best one, as it grants you full access to the top floor of the castle. With it, you can reach the conclave room, the Penthouse, the Library, and the Constant's Office.
This outfit can be acquired on the same balcony as the Castle Staff outfit described above. Here, however, use a throwable object on the balcony to lure one of the Elite Guards guarding the stars. Another area suitable for attacking an Elite Guard is the glass Penthouse joining the main part of the castle with its north tower (screenshots above).
