Develop the Technology Tree

Green and red points are collected by completing daily activities. You can spend these points on unlocking new technologies. Press the T key to open the technology tree. Here, you can find various new technologies that will allow you to increase your faith, develop your farm, improve tools etc. Remember to spend your points on a regular basis.

Collect resources!

Don't ignore trees and rocks, everything is useful. You can spend one of your in-game days on chopping and collecting wood to gather resources for future constructions. Think about putting your supply in a chest so you won't have to run around a forest and cut trees every few minutes.

Take care of the graveyard

At the beginning of the game you should focus on developing technologies, improving your tools and fixing your graveyard. When you do that, the Episcop will allow you to enter the church. This, in turn, will give you faith points necessary for future development.

Don't leave things for the last minute

Many quests given to you by special NPCs require a lot of your time. Don't wait with making them until the last minute - try to fulfill their requirements shortly after accepting them. Waiting until the last day can lead to unexpected events which can make you unable to complete a given quest.

Listen to what the NPCs have to say

Every character in the game can give you valuable information. Don't skip the dialogs. Focus on reading them - this will help you complete various quests.

Start with planting carrots

But carrot seeds from the farmer as soon as you get access to your own farm. At some point, the donkey will stop working for free. He will want you to pay 5 carrots every time he arrives. Plant carrots so you can have a lot of them later.

Pay attention to the corpse's condition

Take a corpse right after it gets delivered by the donkey. If you don't do that, a corpse will start to decompose. Their condition affects the quality of your graveyard.

Develop your character

Remember to craft new items, tools and develop technologies right from the beginning of the game. Craft new items as soon as you get new blueprints - your character will develop faster. This will also affect your progress in the quests.

Become the life and soul of your community, speak with everyone!

A lot of the characters can give you quests. Try to spend a little bit of time on speaking with the NPCs. It is possible that these characters can give you valuable information or an item. You should also try to activate all the quests. You never know what you can find, maybe you will come across a quest item?

Repair things as soon as you can

There are a lot of broken things in the town, e.g. bridges, passages or buildings. Repair them as soon as you can to get access to new locations.

Go to bed early

Go to bed around the sunset. Thanks to that you won't waste half of the next day on sleeping. Also, none of the NPCs will disappear when you approach them.
