How to get coal in Graveyard Keeper? Graveyard Keeper Guide and Walkthrough
Last update: 03 September 2018
Coal in Graveyard Keeper is used mostly as fuel. This lets you get lots of fuel needed for cooking, processing resources and crafting new items.
Unlimited coal deposits
In Graveyard Keeper there's a location called Quarry. It's right behind the Forest Near the River. In order to get to the location, you need to get through the closed gate first. You will need 2 wooden planks, 4 flitches and 4 nails to do that.
Quarry is the right place to collect plenty of coal quickly. There, a coal deposit is located near the marble deposit - as shown in the screenshot above. The collected coal is now suitable for immediate incineration. This allows you to get a lot of fuel in a short amount of time.
Graphite
Using the machine called Furnace II, you can turn coal into graphite. Just throw in 5 coal and 10 fuel - you'll get 1 piece of graphite.
Graphite can be turned into steel. Just place in the Furnace II along with iron ore and fuel.
