Mark Carlos

Your first task is to locate Carlos. Don't go any closer to your target, and place yourself on a road leading east from his location, 100 meters away from Carlos.

Following Carlos

Once this is done, use the drone to mark Carlos. He will go to Hernando. Follow Carlos and remain 100 meters away from him.

Hernando's hideout

Stop by the base. Use the drone to mark enemies and eliminate them with sync shots.

Interrogate Hernando

Once you clear the area, enter the building and interrogate Hernando.
