How to unlock Long Shot trophy in Ghost Recon: Wildlands?
Last update: 05 April 2017
Requirements: Hit a target more than 400m away.
Description: You must hit an enemy that is more than 400 meters away. It is best to do it with a sniper rifle.
There are many places in the game where you can perform this action, but the landform will frequently be an obstacle for you - shooting from above can frequently lead to overshooting the target and shooting from below can make you not reach the target. To get this trophy you can use one of the main story missions - The Deserter in Montyoc province.
In the first phase of the mission you must interrogate the leader of the group of enemies. By going there from the north, you will be getting close to the enemies from the mountains towards the beach on which the group leader is surrounded by guards. Mark one of the enemies and you will gain information about the distance. Then shoot him. What's important, the achievement requires you to hit the target, not kill him - you can shoot with an assault rifle instead of the sniper rifle. If at least one bullet hits the enemy located 400 meters away, you will get the achievement.
Important - if you already completed this mission, then have no fear! Each main mission can be restarted by opening the map, then the main mission menu and by selecting the mission you are interested in.
Below you can find a movie that shows you how to perform the above described action.
