Your first objective in "Carzita's assistant" is to get into a not heavily protected mansion. Use sync shots to eliminate your opponents. Now enter the building and place three bugs.
A new location (situated several kilometers away) will be presented. To speed up the journey, use fast travel to reach Agua Verde Alpha, and take the boat to cover the remaining distance.
Once you reach your destination, you will need to track Carzita's assistant and eliminate him. The target is located in a building closest to the beach. There is a large Santa Blanca squad right next to it. Fighting these soldiers would take a lot of time, so position yourself to see the assistant through the window, and eliminate him with your sniper rifle.
