Your first task is to stop the convoy and interrogate the assistant. The vehicles are coming towards you which makes it easier to prepare an ambush. Plant C4 charges on the road and detonate them as soon as the first vehicle moves in. You cannot destroy the vehicle with the assistant.
Now chase down the assistant. Damage his car and eventually he will stop and leave the vehicle. When that happens, approach him and interrogate him.
Reach the laptop with precious data but don't go through the middle of the base.
Two cocaine stocks will be marked on your map - destroy them. Stay sharp as there will be more enemies inside the buildings. Eliminate them, and destroy cocaine stocks with any of the available explosives.
If you get detected and a chopper arrives, get into the vehicle with a machine gun. It's very effective against incoming choppers.
Approach the second location and detonate the cocaine stocks to complete the mission.
