Begin "DJ Perico's home" from the hill. This way, you won't have to go through the entire city.
The best way inside
Eliminate only enemies that stand in your way to Perico's home, and soldiers that can detect you from a distance. Don't shoot any civilians, because this would end your mission. If you are not certain, aim at a given person. If one of your team members informs you that you should watch out from civilians, it means that you are aiming at one of them. Get inside the house and investigate blueprints to complete the mission.
