A strategy game that takes place in isolated Tokyo that was split into twenty three zones controlled by groups known as Kumi. Together, the groups are known as the Union. It is said that escaping this unusual prison is possible by defeating all of the Kumi. The game was developed by Sushi Typhoon Games and enables the player to control teenage girls who are trying to escape the city. The protagonists have various abilities provided to them by the titular tattoos.

We play as a hacker who has to break into well-protected computer systems in order to gather top secret data and sabotage them. The game has two primary aspects of gameplay. Missions themselves are presented in the form of a turn-based tactical game.
