The game mechanics remain the same, focusing on exploration, talking to NPCs, searching for items, and solving puzzles.

Gameplay boils down to exploration, as the player searches for the source of the hero’s madness and the tools needed to complete the painting.

During their adventure, the players have to explore various locations, talk to NPCs, make difficult decisions, and solve puzzles using the system of fifteen skills that can be developed throughout the game.
