Indigo Prophecy is a paranormal thriller adventure game. The action takes place in 2005 in New York. The city is plagued with a series of brutal murders. Ordinary, lawful citizens kill complete strangers in public places, not knowing why or what made them do it. The police are helpless for victims and culprits are not connected in any way, aside from the murder.
Lucas Kane is another person who commits an atrocious crime. Kane, not knowing why, kills a stranger in a restaurant. Now, haunted by strange visions, he runs from the police and tries to understand what happened and why. The players may solve this riddle by assuming the role of Kane or inspector Carla Valenti, who tries to resolve the matter with her partner, Tyler Miles.
Indigo Prophecy is a dark and enthralling game with an extensive story. Players slowly discover the secrets behind the murders, talk to the characters they meet, explore new locations, and even fight. Being able to play as both the prey (Lucas) and the hunter (Carla) is an undeniable advantage of the game.
