It tells the story of two female protagonists: a policewoman and a district attorney who are on the track of a serial killer. Up to five players can participate in the game, although it is also possible to play the title alone. All players are using a special phone app called PlayLink.

Along with his companions, Robert has to stop the wrongdoer, through finding the titular, Last Wind Monk.

His only companion is a mysterious voice from the radio. The creator of Inmates focused on creating the feeling of terror, strengthened by disturbing scenes witnessed by the protagonist.
