Pokemon X

Another installment in the popular Nintendo series about Pokémon, released as a pair of games: Pokémon X and Pokémon Y. The action takes place in French-like region Kalos. You assume the role of a young Pokémon trainer traveling through the world in search of new creatures you catch and train for Pokémon League battles. To be successful you need to earn eight Gym Badges by defeating the Battle Arenas’ leaders specialized in different elements. Then, you will have to prove your strength to the so-called Elite Four – the best trainers in Kalos. Game mechanics do not differ significantly from the previous installments. The core aspects of Pokemon X are still world exploration, chatting, and battling others with Pokémon of different abilities and techniques. Pokémon X and Y are the first in the series to utilize fully 3D graphics.

The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask

Continuation of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, which, like its predecessor, was originally released on the Nintendo 64 console. In the game we again play the role of Link, who ends up in the mysterious land of Termina, facing the approaching apocalypse. To prevent it, our protagonist will have to find a forest creature named Skull Kid and recover the ancient Major Mask from his hands.

Monster Hunter Generations

Another installment in the popular third person perspective action series with RPG elements. Since the third game of the series, the franchise is being developed mostly on Nintendo handhelds. Similarly to its predecessors, Monster Hunter X was published by the Capcom company and developed under the supervision of Yasunori Ichinose – the director of the previous portable installments of the series. The game mechanics haven’t changed much, allowing the player to travel through a fantasy world and complete various missions that focus mostly on fighting monsters. A mountain village called Beruna is the player’s base of operations, but during the journey, the player will also find locations known from other Monster Hunter games. Worth mentioning, among the novelties added in the game, are four unique movement sets that are the equivalent of Skill Ranks from Monster Hunter Frontier G8. This system is supplemented by Hunting Techniques based on finishers from Monster Hunter Online.

Attack on Titan 2: Future Coordinates

A sequel to the action game based on the manga Attack on Titan created by Hajime Isayama. The players once again assume the role of members of Scout Regiment, tasked with defending the walls attacked by the titular Titans. The game features story campaign and cooperation multiplayer mode. The title features nice three-dimensional graphics.

Cube Creator 3D

Cube Creator 3D is a Minecraft-inpsired sandbox game developed by Big John Games for Nintendo 3DS. The game allows us to create our own kingdom in a randomly generated world. Cube Creator 3D has two primary game modes. In the Creative mode we explore the stereoscopic 3D fantasy world and modify it as we please. We use various tools and resources to do so. Survival mode, like its name suggests, focuses on survival. In it, we start empty handed and we have to find resources as soon as possible and use them to craft basic tools. We will need them to build shelters and create weapons, which we will definitely need to face the monsters living in the game's world. Like in many similar games, Cube Creator 3D's visuals are based on voxels.

Asphalt 3D is a racing game created with the technical capabilities of the Nintendo 3DS pocket console, produced by Gameloft. Players have the opportunity to drive more than 40 models of sports cars through the streets of cities such as Berlin, Tokyo and Rio de Janeiro. The creators foresaw many fun variants, including road fights (also in multiplayer mode), chases and drift shows.

Puzzle & Dragons: Super Mario Bros. Edition is a spin-off of a popular match-3 puzzle game developed by GungHo Online Entertainment. It was released in a package with Puzzle & Dragons Z on the western markets. Unlike in the original game, this time we play as Mario, and our job is to save princess Peach, who was kidnapped by the evil Bowser. Gameplay mixes elements from match-3 puzzles and RPGs. We will explore the game's world and fight with the encountered enemies. During combat, we will have to arrange three or more identical icons into vertical and horizontal lines to deal damage. We can ally ourselves with some of the defeated foes so that they can aid us in forthcoming battles. Puzzle & Dragons: Super Mario Bros. Edition features eye-pleasing visuals stylized after other Super Mario Bros. games.

Another installment in the cartoon life simulator based on Disney animated films. Like its predecessor, Disney Magical World 2 was developed with Nintendo 3DS in mind. This time the game features six varied environments, including the world of Frozen, or the places known from Winnie the Pooh. Disney Magical World utilizes well-known gameplay rules, based on such series as Animal Crossing or Harvest Moon. You can engage in various activities, such as planting flowers, mining, or riding a water scooter. You can also help such Disney characters as Mickey Mouse, Elsa, Goofy, Donald Duck, Ariel the Little Mermaid and others. Apart from that, you also have to fight enemies and look for treasures. You can change the appearance of your avatar with a wide range of clothes and accessories; your virtual house and coffee shop are also customizable. Disney Magical World 2 for Nintendo 3DS features fully 3D graphics, which are further underscored by the console's screen.

Xenoblade Chronicles 3D

A 3DS port of Tetsuya Takahashi's jRPG, which was originally released in 2010 for Nintendo Wii. The story is set in dualistic world made of two bodies of gods who fought each other and died in the battle. While one is inhabited by humans, the other is dominated by hostile mechanical beings. The story focuses on a young orphan called Shulk, who, along with his team, is trying to prepare humanity for the incoming enemy. The hand-held port does not bring any changes to the gameplay mechanics of the game. As the developers aspired to deliver the essence of the original game intact, the port is incompatible with other Nintendo hand-helds and works exclusively on New 3DS.

A free-to-play game in the Pokemon Rumble series, released for Nintendo 3DS handheld. Pokemon Rumble World is set in a realm of toys, where the players are invited to catch as many Pokemon as they can. The game world is divided into various locations which you visit one by one. After getting to a new region you must first challenge a wild Pokemon and then you are taken to a special arena, where you have a chance of making the Pokemon your ally. Pokemon Rumble World features arcade gameplay, but the character’s statistics are also very important. As you progress in the adventure you climb up in the so-called Adventurer Rank, which opens up access to new locations, where you can catch stronger Pokemon. And there are a lot of them - more than 700 in total. The developers included all the creatures that appeared in the core games in the series (up to Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire). In Pokemon Rumble World players can meet Mii characters of other participants and help one another.

Lionel City Builder 3D: Rise of the Rails

A sandbox simulator in which the player creates and expands a transportation network. The game was developed by Big John Games studio known for creating a Minecraft clone called Cube Creator 3D. Lionel City Builder 3D: Rise of the Rails takes place in the not so distant future, after the current transport model had crashed. In order to give some life to the cities, a metallurgist named Vin decides to create a new railroad network from scratch. The player helps him with that task. Lionel City Builder 3D: Rise of the Rails focuses mostly on the sandbox part of the game, allowing the player to construct various trains and place them in the areas he created on his own. The effects can be traded with other users by using QR codes. Despite its sandbox nature, Lionel City Builder 3D: Rise of the Rails has a plot which guides the player through various missions that are connected one to another.
