Luigi's Mansion 3 is a fun arcade game where, as the title brother of the famous Mario, we explore the haunted residence. The game is mainly about fighting ghosts, which first have to be weakened with light, and then pulled in with a vacuum cleaner.
Luigi's Mansion 3 is an arcade game created by Nintendo's in-house development studio. The production is the third installment of the popular series, which includes Luigi's Mansion from 2001 and Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, published twelve years later.
Plot
The game again allows you to play as Luigi, Mario's younger brother. He goes to a haunted residence to deal with the ghosts terrorizing the property.
Despite such a story, the atmosphere of the game is chearfull and full of humour.
Mechanics
In terms of gameplay mechanics, Luigi's Mansion 3 develops the ideas from the previous two entries. We get an arcade game in which we explore the levels inside a gloomy residence and fight ghosts. The enemies must first be weakened by the flashlight, and then sucked in with a vacuum cleaner worn by Luigi on his back.
The fun is diversified by boss fights and occasional puzzles.
Technical aspects
Luigi's Mansion 3 has attractive three-dimensional graphics, made in a slightly cartoon style.

Hardcore Gamer: 4 / 5 by Kirstin Swalley
While the 3DS title may have received mixed reception, Luigi's Mansion 3 is a wonderful return to form from the first title that does the series justice.
Forbes: 9 / 10 by Dave Thier
[Luigi's Mansion 3] is a contained, crafted experience, no more and no less than a professional, clean and near-perfect execution of an idea that you already like. It is not shockingly new or transcendent, but you don’t always want that. It is relentlessly charming, consistently charming, and punctuated in every moment by the sheer joy of sucking.
God is a Geek: 8.5 / 10 by Adam Cook
Fun for everyone, Luigi's Mansion 3 delights with its themed bosses and exploration. It's a slow burn though, and not everyone will appreciate it's pacing.
