Strategy games. Victory depends here on player’s strategy and tactics. Main task is to control resources (e.g. troops, civil workers) in order to defeat an enemy or achieve some other goal. A full-fledged continuation of a science-fiction turn-based strategy developed by Mode 7 Games. In its premise, Frozen Synapse 2 doesn’t differ much from what its predecessor offered, and focuses on combat using small units, emphasizing strategic planning. The main distinguishing element of the game (and the whole series) is the fact that the encounters are turn-based, but the players make their moves simultaneously, rather than alternately.
Warcraft: Armies of Azeroth

A fan-made remake of the cult classic Warcraft III, a game originally developed and released by Blizzard Entertainment in 2002, by WCR_Team. The title is available as a free modification powered by the StarCraft II engine; to run it, the free Starter Edition of the game is sufficient. Warcraft: Armies of Azeroth faithfully recreates the story of the original game, which tells of the war between Humans, Orcs, the Undead, and the Night Elves that takes place in the land of Azeroth.

This is the second (after Space Colony HD) attempt to refresh a classic economic space strategy game, which was created by Firefly and released in 2003. This new edition was created with support from the Steam digital distribution platform. The game is set in a distant future and the player's goal here is to establish an efficiently working network of space colonies, on behalf of Blackwater Industries. The mechanics present combined elements of strategies and simulation games, such as The Sims.

In comparison to the core game, Titans introduces 21 new units (five of those represent the class of Titans), planets with multi-layered terrains, as well as a special game mode - Bounty, improved gameplay balance, and an improved tutorial. The gameplay formula is based on the classic RTS game Total Annihilation. Thus the warfare theater goes beyond the sphere of global conflicts.

Pocket Platoons allows the player to choose either Axis or Allies and participate in the largest military conflict of 20th century. The gameplay foundations do not differ much from what the genre has accustomed us to – we are tasked with base development, training and upgrading units, as well as recruiting officers, who can change the outcome of numerous battles.

The Walking Dead: No Man's Land takes us to a post-apocalyptic world overrun by the living dead, while the production’s plot is strictly connected to the TV series. Gameplay-wise, it is a classic turn-based strategy game. While playing, we command a small group of humans who fight hordes of hungry zombies.

The Last Roman expansion introduces an extensive, story-driven campaign that begins in 533 AD, that is, with the fall of the Western Roman Empire, which created room for many barbarian kingdoms. It is also when the emperor Justinian decides to make a last-ditch effort to resurrect the fallen legend and sends the titular Last Roman to fight for him.

The title was created by a three-person Lithuanian-Russian studio called Flazm headed by Aleksey Davidov, the author of 2008’s browser production entitled Railway Valley. Train Valley lets us develop our railway business in one of four different locations, each of them set in a different era (from 1830 to near future).

The action of Starpoint Gemini Warlords takes place in the same universe as the former titles of the series, and concentrates on rivalry between the ruling Empire and the resistance calling themselves the Gemini League. Gameplay is very similar to that in the title’s former parts.

Braveland is set in a fantasy world and the player takes on the role of a young warrior who has managed to survive the attack of bandits that murdered the rest of his fellow villagers. The protagonist decides to set out on a journey to seek revenge on the murderers. A story campaign is at the core of the game and it was divided into three episodes.
Battle Fleet 2: WW2 in the Pacific

In the game we choose our own fleet of ships, armaments and commanders and we take part in a series of battles, which took place during the Second World War in the Pacific waters. The game uses mechanics known from Scorched Earth and Worms games, which requires setting the right angle and strength of each shot.

In the title, we lead a gang of thieves and crooks that have been betrayed by one of its members while on a heist and the rest of them team barely got away alive. Five years later, the crew gets together once again to take revenge on their former companion and earn some cash while at it. The story campaign consists of 20 varied missions during which our goal is to commit increasingly audacious robberies and thefts.

In the game, we play as the commander of a small fleet of ships sent to investigate a mysterious fragment of space, called the Black Zone. It quickly turns out that the area hides many dangers and members of the expedition are forced to fight for their lives. Gameplay is focused on single player campaign and is based on typical for the genre patterns.

Apart from defending his realm, his goal is also to attack human settlements and castles that can be found on the surface. Therefore, the gameplay of Dungeons 2 takes place on two levels.
