The Underdust is the largest location in Forever Skies with polluted air - without the right equipment, you won't last long there. If you want to extend the possibility of staying in contaminated areas, you need an Oxygen Tank. For this item to function properly, it must be placed in a special, separate slot in the inventory.

You don't have to craft a Small Oxygen Tank - you have access to it from the beginning of the game. If you are equipped with it, you can breathe air for 100 seconds in Underdust. It is worth noting that entering this location without any oxygen tank will not kill you immediately but will deplete your oxygen supply after 30 seconds. In Underdust there are devices that refill it, which require one Crystal Battery to work. However, it is even more convenient to move around the location with an upgraded Oxygen Tank, with which you will survive the longest.

To get there, you have to go over several boxes and footbridges.

Once you have scanned a Medium Oxygen Tank, you'll be able to unlock its blueprint at the Research Station. The item will then become available for crafting at the Upgrade Station. If you don't have it, search for a broken device in the Greenhouse Tower and scan it. A Medium Oxygen Tank is made of:

  2. Green Colander (can be collected with a knife in the Underdust);
