The first chapter of FIFA 20 Ultimate Team guide contains all the necessary information that will allow you to start the new FUT season well, gather a lot of coins and build the first gold squad.

Step 1 - choosing the first players, logo, and kits.

Your first step in FUT 20 should be creating a core squad. In the beginning, you'll be asked to choose a starter pack that will provide you with first players. The nationality which you'll choose isn't that important at the beginning, so you can choose according to your preferences. Then, you'll be asked to choose the t-shirts and the logo of your team. Finally, you'll be able to borrow one of a few best players available in FIFA 20 who will strengthen your squad for a certain number of matches. For example, Ter Stegen, who can be seen in the image above, can play 9 matches with your team.

Step 2 - Starting tasks

If you are a beginner, you will be asked to complete a few simple introductory tasks, for which you will be rewarded properly. You can, of course, leave this menu and go straight to FUT menu. The introductory tasks involve, for example, creating a good connection between the players, placing a player in the right position or changing the name of the club.

Step 3 - Daily tasks

After completing the introductory tasks, you can start performing daily tasks. Interestingly enough, some daily tasks can be performed together with introductory tasks, which saves a lot of time or even money. For each completed task, the player is rewarded with certain prizes, such as additional coins, experience points, etc.

Step 4 - Squad Building Challenges

During the completion of introductory tasks, you'll be asked to complete at least one Squad Building Challenge. It is worth spending a little more time in this mode and try to complete all the tasks from the first group to get additional players. If you are not able to complete them at the start of the game you can return to them later.

How do I get a loyalty bonus in FUT 20 fast?

In a number of tasks, the players you put in the line-up will have to get a certain number of chemistry points. You aren't able to get all the required players from the packs, so some of them will have to be purchased in the transfer market. Then, you will have to gain their loyalty. By analyzing the example from the picture above, we can conclude that at least two players must get 1 chemistry point to meet the requirements - at least 90 chemistry points. The best and easiest way to get a loyalty bonus without spoiling the ratio of won and lost meetings:

1. PC and PlayStation - Create a team with the players needed to complete the task. Then, go to Team of the Week mode and confirm your choice. When the ball is captured by a player, press the pause button and disconnect the Internet connection. Wait for the message about going into the offline mode, and then turn on the Internet. The game will log you out of your account, so you will have to connect again. After going to FUT 20, the previous match won't be counted as a loss and all players from the main line-up will have 1 played match. Repeat this 10 times.
2. Xbox One- Prepare in advance a second Xbox account and sign in. On the account with the game, create the main line-up with the players needed to complete the task. Then, go to Team of the Week mode and confirm your choice. When the ball is captured by a player, press the pause button and choose your main account from the account menu. Wait for a message stating that you are losing communication with the EA servers. Now you need to log back into your main account. The game will log you out of your account, so you will have to connect again. After going to FUT 20, the previous match won't be counted as a loss and all players from the main line-up will have 1 played match. Repeat this 10 times.

It is worth noting here that the players still use their contracts for matches played, so at some point you will have to renew them.

Step 5 - Play a Squad Battle match.

When you move on to the next group of starting tasks, you will be asked to play a Squad Battle match. Remember that in this mode you're fighting against a computer that controls one of the teams created by the FIFA 20 community. If you don't have a strong squad or are just starting your adventure in FUT 20 mode, choose the lowest possible difficulty level that will allow you to win this encounter. After winning the match, you will receive a corresponding reward for completing the starting task and a certain amount of coins. It is worth spending a little time in this mode and try to win at least a gold rank-thanks to this in a few days you will get 10 000 additional coins, and a few player packs that will strengthen Your squad.

Step 6 - Win against the Team of the Week

Team of the Week consists of featured players of the week. The players who are part of such a team are well prepared technically, are fast and have high statistics. Winning against such a team, especially at the beginning of the game, is not that simple, so before the match begins, select the lowest difficulty level. After winning the match, you will receive additional coins, which will be useful in strengthening Your starting squad.

Step 7 - Strengthening the team, buying new players

At this stage, you should have a few/several thousands of coins that you can use to create the squad with a lot of gold players, with whom you can play in every available mode of FIFA 20 Ultimate Team. When creating a new team, first check to see if you can use the players that you already have. Search your inventory for gold players, and see their stats. You can also check what is their value in the transfer market and decide whether you need them or it is better to sell them and buy others that will be better suited to Your team. When creating your gold eleven, pay attention to achieving the highest teamwork rating (chemistry). To improve your chemistry rating, you need to add players of the same nationality or from the same club. Remember also that the players have to take their assigned positions. The screenshot above shows a team in 4-1-2-1-2(2) formation in which most players come from the Premier League. The creation of the above squad cost about 3 000 coins, as most of the used players were found in packs. When looking for new players be sure:

1. To look for good deals in the transfer market. Bid on more expensive players, rather than buying them for exorbitant amounts.
2. Buy gold players only.
3. Pay attention to their contracts. Search for players who can play at least a few matches without the need for an immediate contract extension.
4. If you do not have enough coins to buy the best players, play a few matches against the computer, for example, in the Squad Battle mode.

Step 8 - Division Rivals

If You managed to create the first gold team and ready for a real challenge, it's time to compete with real opponents in Division Rivals mode, i.e. weekly tournaments. The first 5 matches will decide upon your rank. After five matches, the player will be assigned to a League where he will compete for higher ranks, additional prizes against players of similar abilities. Playing Division Rivals is a great way of reinforcing your squad.
