Accurate shots will provide your team with a lot of goals, and many victories in FIFA 20. In FIFA 20, the player can score in many different ways. Knowing all kinds of shots and reusing them in the right situation will definitely have a positive impact on the number and quality of goals scored. Classic, powerful shot

A classic, powerful shot is usually the easiest and best way to finish an action and score. A classic shot can be fired from almost any position, however, the effectiveness of this shot depends on the accuracy and the force with which the shot is fired in the direction of the opponent's goal. To perform a classic, strong shot, you have to press the button responsible for the shot and choose the direction in which you want to send the football.

Striking at the right moment

Firing a shot at the right moment appeared in the previous installments of the series and has returned in FIFA 20. Pressing the button at the right moment allows you to make a much better, more accurate and powerful shot than the classic shot. Performing such a shot is not that easy, as it requires a lot of accuracy, skill, and timing. To perform the shot at the right moment, press the shot button and press it again when two lines responsible for tempo are in the middle of an additional shot bar (the additional bar can be turned off in options) Striking at the right moment is useful when performing heads or volleys. The other possible outcomes of the action, for example, a one-on-one situation or shots from outside of the penalty box should be finished with a powerful finesse shot or a cut shot on the ground - there is no need to risk the situation and lose a chance of getting a goal. Low, cut shot

Low, cut shots are extremely difficult to defend for the goalkeeper due to the height at which the ball is in flight. When the goalkeeper attempts to defend such a shot, the ball is often parried on a corner or "spat out", creating a convenient situation to complete the action by scoring the ball into the goal. Unfortunately, cut shots are not very accurate, so using them correctly will require a lot of practice. If you want to perform a low, cut shot you have to press the Finesse Shot button and the button responsible for the shot.

Finesse shot

Unlike the classic, strong shot, finesse shots require precision rather than strength, as a ball hit that way is slower but has a more difficult trajectory. The best time to make a finesse shot is a one-on-one situation with the goalkeeper or when the goalkeeper is out of the goal. When performing this shot, remember that a finesse shot requires less strength than a normal shot. It should also be noted that this type of shot is useful mainly with players that have a lot of technique. To perform a finesse shot, hold the button responsible for the Finesse Shot modifier and the shot button and choose the direction.

Lob (cutback)

Cutback is a move which brings the desired result in case where the enemy goalkeeper has came out a little bit from the goal line. Another good example of using this move is the moment when the goalkeeper charges at your player and tries to dive into the football. To perform a cutback you need to hold the shot button and Finesse shot modifier button and choose the right direction.

Overhead kick

Successful overhead kick in FIFA 20 is a result of many factors, such as the trajectory of the ball and the player's technical skills which makes it not too frequent phenomena. The most convenient time to perform an overhead kick is a cross that hit the crossbar when the ball is somewhere near 10-13 meter from the goal line. In order to perform an overhead kick, press the button responsible for pace control and the shot button, and select the desired direction.

Head shot

When the ball is in the air and at the right height, your athlete will try to hit the ball with his head - in a classic way or the so-called pike. A headshot is often the best and easiest way to score a goal after a cross. To perform a head shot, simply press the shoot button. If you want to send the ball to the bottom of the net, double-click the shot button.

Volley shot

When the ball flies towards your player, but it's flight path does not allow the player to perform a headshot, the athlete will try to hit the ball before it reaches the ground. In such a situation, the player will hit the ball with great force, and it is difficult to control it. Shots of this type are very strong and effective. To perform a volley shot, simply press the "Shoot" button.
