Galadhon X16
Price (euro): 64 900
Power (BHP): 200
Fuel capacity: 360
Gearbox: CVTx2 (automatic with double range)
If you're looking for an inexpensive and reliable tractor, you're under the correct address. When it comes down to quality/price ratio, there's no better choice than Galadhon X16. It has pretty good power, very big fuel tank and a great gearbox. Definitely worth the money.
Alta D500
Price (euro): 54,900
Power (BHP): 80
Fuel capacity: 280
Gearbox: CVT (automatic)
This tractor packs as much punch as a Prius... my advice is to avoid this one - it's way too expensive and has too less power. It does have a pretty good gearbox, but that's about everything good I can say about D500.
Alta D600
Price (euro): 84,850
Power (BHP): 160
Fuel capacity: 540
Gearbox: CVTx2 (automatic with double range)
If you have a hard time keeping in mind the fact that a tractor sometimes needs refueling, then Alta D600 is something to look out for. Reasonably priced with pretty good power, it's still far from Galadhon X16.
Alta D700
Price (euro): 104,850
Power (BHP): 180
Fuel capacity: 640
Gearbox: CVTx2 (automatic with double range)
Would you usually pay additional 20,000 for 20 more horse power and a 100 liters bigger tank? Neither would I. In this price range, you can do better.
Winston TX600
Price (euro): 39,900
Power (BHP): 160
Fuel capacity: 280
Gearbox: CVT (automatic)
It's definitely the best purchase if you don't want to spend a lot - the gearbox works pretty well with the engine, and the price makes a difference. Good stuff with good price tag.
Blender The Eagle
Price (euro): 39,900
Power (BHP): 180
Fuel capacity: 120
Gearbox: Manual
Blender The Eagle is cheap but rather problematic. The manual gearbox and a 120-litre tank are things that may deter you from buying it - you will more often be visiting gas stations than working.
Blender 715
Price (euro): 84,850
Power (BHP): 250
Fuel capacity: 135
Gearbox: Manual
Plenty of power but the gearbox is manual and the tank not very big. They say you can't have everything, but you sure can do better than Blender 715.
Blender Deo 123
Price (euro): 124,800
Power (BHP): 360
Fuel capacity: 145
Gearbox: Manual
Blender Deo 123 guarantees monstrous power - it has the most BHP in the game. It's good for difficult terrain, but, unfortunately, with such small tank and manual gearbox it's not the ultimate choice.
McCormick MTX 150
Price (euro): 124,800
Power (BHP): 141
Fuel capacity: 265
Gearbox: CVTx2 (automatic with double range)
This is the default tractor for Northern Hills. Works pretty well and has good gearbox, however there's not much power here. It can have a hard time driving on ploughed ground, which doesn't increase its score. Among tractors with automatic gearbox, this one is probably the poorest choice.
McCormick X7
Price (euro): 124,800
Power (BHP): 175
Fuel capacity: 265
Gearbox: CVTx2 (automatic with double range)
This is the default tractor for Sunny Valley. It's better than it's direct opposition - MTX 150, although we're still far from being thrilled. It's rather mediocre. Has a big fuel tank, but the cheaper Alta D700 has more power with the same gearbox, and Galadhon X16, which costs almost two times less, offers better parameters in every respect.
Landini 6 175
Price (euro): 131,800
Power (BHP): 188
Fuel capacity: 320
Gearbox: Manual
One of the default tractors - we begin with it on: Prince Lake District and Quiet Corner. It has a pretty big tank, which is not very important in the first place. You have to admit that this is one of the least reasonable tractors. For 130,000 euro you get a tractor that's half as powerful as Blender Deo 123 (which is also a bit cheaper), and only slightly more powerful than Blender 715, which you can get for mere 40,000 euro. On top of that, the manual gearbox is much less pleasant to drive and harder to use. All in all, it seems that numbers speak against this tractor - the price/quality ratio makes Landini 6 175 one of the worst machines in the game.
