New machines

Buying new machines is obviously the surest investment - because you can be certain that there will be no problems such as worn down parts or increased fuel consumption. It is at the same time - especially at the beginning of the game - quite a luxury. Prices for the most expensive equipment can hover around 250,000 Euro, which will certainly be too much for us when we begin the game.

Machines can be bought in machine shops - such points can be found on any map, scattered in its various parts. To make a purchase, it is therefore necessary to reach the selected shop and enter it, after pressing the Enter key. There, we will find a list of all available models together with their short characteristics. Appropriate equipment will become your property by pressing "Buy".

After the purchase, the equipment will appear in the parking lot in front of the store - we can take it from there by simply driving away in it (in the case of harvesters and tractors) or by attaching it to our own equipment and towing it home. We also have the option to teleport it the farm - the cost is 100 euros.

Used machines

In the game we can also buy used equipment - the cost of purchase is lower by 35%, although this involves quite a big mileage the machine has accumulated, wear of individual parts, and higher fuel consumption. It is also worth noting that shops offering second-hand machines have a limited selection of vehicles and equipment - on average, around 20% of the total number of available machines. It is worth visiting these points not only to buy a tractor or a harvester, but also accessories to help you in us daily work. And also when we lack cash - then we simply have no other option.

Selling machinery

Machinery can be sold in second-hand shops - what is important, we can only sell vehicles and machinery we have on site, for example: if we want to sell a plow, we need to hook it to the tractor, and then bring it to the shop. The price we get for the equipment depends primarily on the vehicle's mileage and its technical condition - the price may be lower, especially in the case of equipment that has served its time, sometime even by 30-40%.

Regardless of the map on which we start the game, the stores will have same set of vehicles and equipment at the same prices. We'll leave technical aspects of each vehicle aside for now (please refer to the sections dedicated to various types of equipment and the section "Prices of new machines") - and focus only on their price. Every machine bought in second-hand is about 35% cheaper than a new one!
