F1 22: Graphics options and performance on PS5

The PlayStation 5 version has two graphic modes - F1 22: PC system requirements - Appendix - F1 22 Guide

The PlayStation 5 version has two graphic modes:

  1. Quality - It aims to display the game at 60fps in 4K resolution and is set as the default. We did not notice any drops in animation during the races. They only appear in pre- and post-race scenes with a large number of characters and cars on the screen.
  2. Performance - It aims to display more frames (requires a TV or monitor with a refresh rate above 60Hz), but at the cost of lower image quality and resolution.

Other graphics options on PS5:

  1. Set the motion blur intensity - it is also possible to turn it off completely.
  2. Enable or disable steering wheel control animations.
  3. Set HDR.
