The highest concentration of enemies can be found near the portals and the Raveni.

In the Extinction game there are 5 types of enemies. Four of them are basic units that you will be fighting in a standard way, without the need to use special powers. The main type of enemy are the Raveni - defeating them will require more focus, which is why the topic of combating Raveni was moved to a separate chapter. Below you can find a short description on how to defeat every enemy:

Jackal

The most basic type of opponent that roams the world - Types of enemies in Extinction - Basics - Extinction Game Guide

The most basic type of opponent that roams the world. There are two types of the creature: the first one (green) doesn't have any special attacks and has low strength. Several strikes with the weapon or a single special power should be more than enough.

Jackal also has a more powerful version (purple color) - Types of enemies in Extinction - Basics - Extinction Game Guide

Jackal also has a more powerful version (purple color). Unlike its weaker variant and the most basic attacks it uses, this version of the foe has access to a special attack, allowing him to release a sphere of power. It's easy to anticipate such an attack, as Jackal will be standing still. All you need to do is to dodge and launch your own strike.

Elite Jackal

This enemy should be attacked with the force.

The most powerful version of the Jackal (red one). Aside from performing basic attacks and launching spheres of energy, this foe can also use jumping attacks, allowing him to charge at the hero and deal damage. The most effective way to combat the foe is to use special attacks. However, you must be extra careful and monitor if Elite Jackal is not launching his own attack, as he will be able to block you. Wait for a short moment and begin your attack.

Vultur

The only flying enemy. - Types of enemies in Extinction - Basics - Extinction Game Guide
The only flying enemy.

Flying monsters that can be characterized by high speed and agility. The best method when fighting him is to use the whip to defeat him in the air. You can also use your special attacks, allowing you to defeat the foe in a single strike. The attack you should watch out for is the charge - it deals considerable damage and can knock the hero off the ledge of a building. This is the only type of enemy that can kill civilians stationed on rooftops.
