We've written about the success of House Flipper many times. If, however, you somehow missed this high-profile title, here's a perfect opportunity to catch up. Many games feature some degree of interior design capabilities, but have you ever had the opportunity to create wonderful interiors in places where a moment before there was complete mess?

House Flipper, the work of Empyrean studio, is actually a real estate simulator. However, as house flippers, we not only trade, but also prepare houses for sale. We obtain rooms in a really deplorable state, with surprises that no one expects awaiting us. Our task is not only to repair everything that requires repairing, but also to furnish the house, take care of interior renovation, and then sell it with a profit. The gameplay loop is not complicated and may seem repetitive, but each new property presents new problems to be solved.

During the entire game, we also have to take into account finances – after all, the most important thing is to earn money from the renovation process. The whole thing is a lot of fun and, in a surprising way, it can attract even players who normally avoid simulations. Perhaps the success lies in the comical absurdity of how terrible places we sometimes find or visit, and in the fact that, thanks to the intuitive controls, we can feel like miracle workers, turning a hovel into a luxury apartment.

Even in the story mode it is quite casual, and the gameplay allows you to really relax. What causes the greatest sense of satisfaction, however, is, above all, the final result. A ruin that we turned into an elegant villa. A beautiful sight after a hard day, both in real life and in the virtual profession of real estate agent.
