Below you will find an introductory section of our comprehensive world atlas to BioShock 2. It is composed entirely of various maps, on which the most important locations, items, objects (plasmids, weapon improvement stations, etc.) and characters (like Little sisters) have been marked. By using our atlas, you should be able to explore the game world in 100 percent.
If you're looking for information on how to complete the main story campaign or you need various tips on how to play the game, please check the walkthrough available in other section of our game guide.

Table of content of our guide - world atlas
Our world atlas is divided into two large chapters. The first chapter contains maps of important objects and characters in the game. In particular, the following maps are available:
- Maps with marked locations of all plasmids
- Maps that contain information about Little Sister locations and areas containing ADAM substances
- Maps indicating the weapon upgrading stations - Power to the People
The second chapter contains maps showing the location of audio diaries, the main variation of the collectibles / secrets available in BioShock 2. Take a look at the Chapter / main place of interest;
- All audio diaries that can be found in the Adonis Luxury Resort
- All audio diaries that can be found in the The Atlantic Express
- All audio diaries that can be found in the Ryan Amusements
- All audio diaries that can be found in the Pauper's Drop
- All audio diaries that can be found in the Siren Alley
- All audio diaries that can be found in the Dionysus Park
- All audio diaries that can be found in the Fontaine Futuristics
- All audio diaries that can be found in the Persephone Outer
- All audio diaries that can be found in the Inner Persephone
Can I return to previous or older locations?
Unfortunately, unlike the first part of BioShock, where you were able to travel around Rapture's locations with a bathysphere, it is impossible to return to the previously visited levels in BioShock 2. This makes it very difficult to complete the game in 100%. You have to explore every location very carefully.
Check every place and compare your findings with information available in our guide. All this is to make sure that you have collected all the treasures and carried out all the extra work (saved or killed all Little Sisters, visited all Power to the People stations, or even earned all achievements). Often save the game in case you accidentally enter a new location and suddenly lose your ability to move back to the previous area.
