1. Location: Found in the area behind Prudence Hake's house, on a hill by one of the side paths. Interacting with this Altar is rewarded with +10 to Health.

1. Location: This altar is located far southeast of Hunter's Camp, not far from Kate's Bivouac Shelter - you'll visit this location during the main story. Interacting with this Altar is rewarded with +10 to Spirit Points.

1. Location: East of the High Cave shelter, behind the Creeping Ivy. The altar is located on a rock in the middle of the river. You must go to the nearby cliff, shoot down the anti-ghost amulet at the bottom of the cliff, and then use Antea's Leap to get to the Altar. By obtaining it, you will receive 10 Spirit Points.

1. Location: West of the bonfire in the Windy Cave, behind the Creeping Ivy. By obtaining it, you will receive 10 Spirit Points.

The Dark Woods - Altar #5

1. Location: In the canyon under the bridge to Boston, northwest of the hunting camp. For obtaining it, you will receive 10 Health. To get here, you have to complete the Small Fortunes Haunting Case, which appears at the very end of the game, just before the point of no return - this will open one of the buildings in the abandoned mining camp nearby, allowing you to reach the other side of the canyon.

1. Location: In the north of Siridean's island, behind the Creeping Ivy. Interacting with this Altar is rewarded with +10 to Spirit Points.

1. Location: In the swamps in the south of the region. You have to destroy the Creeping Ivy by the blue chest, squeeze through the gap it was blocking, and jump onto the area covered in fog. Next, you have to destroy the source of the fog and another Creeping Ivy to reach the altar. For obtaining it, you will receive 10 Health.

1. On the cliff at the northern end of the horizontal elevator. Interacting with this Altar is rewarded with +10 to Spirit Points.

1. Location: At the end of the tunnel southwest of Fort Jericho. Interacting with this Altar is rewarded with +10 to Health.

1. Location: Behind the destructible stone barrier in the mine shaft, after destroying all the chains.For obtaining it, you will receive 10 Spirit Points.

1. Location: Far west of Fort Jericho, behind the Creeping Ivy, in the area at the bottom of the elevator. Use Antea's Leap to get to the Altar. For obtaining it, you will receive 10 Health.
2. Location: On a small island off the southern coast of the region. To get there, you have to destroy the ghost-ward and use a portal. For obtaining it, you will receive 10 Health.

1. Location: Inside the cave, the entrance to which is on the beach. By obtaining it, you will receive 10 Spirit Points.

1. Location: In the basement under the town. Not far from the shelter in the sunken hut. For obtaining it, you will receive 10 Health.

1. Location: In the northern part of the region. To reach the Altar, you have to destroy the ghost-ward and get rid of the spectral fog enveloping the area. Interacting with this Altar is rewarded with +10 to Spirit Points.
