Tower of Fantasy: Server selection - does it matter? Tower of Fantasy guide, tips
Everyone faces decisions in life. For ToF players, one of them is the choice of server. On this page of the Tower of Fantasy guide, we will answer whether it matters.

There are many servers to choose from in ToF. This page of our Tower of Fantasy guide explains how important your server choice is.
Choosing a server manually can be critical to your enjoyment of the game. At the time of writing this guide there are queues to many servers you may end up spending hours in. Fortunately, there is a way to avoid the wait.
To select a server manually you must log in, then click the server name at the bottom of the screen. This opens a new menu.
On the left you'll see the server list. Select the one set in the region you live in to avoid high ping and lag. Clicking on its tab will display a list of available worlds.
Take a look at the colored dots next to the world names. If the dot is red, avoid this server - it's completely full and you'll have to wait in a queue to join, which could take hours.
An orange dot means there are many players on the server, but there's still enough space for you to join. A green dot means the server is relatively empty and you should be able to join with no problems. If the dot is gray, this means the server is disabled for maintenance and can't be joined.
