Memento mori. Many games punish you heavily each time you die. This page of our Tower of Fantasy guide explains the consequences you must suffer after dying in-game.

Dying in Tower of Fantasy doesn't punish you in any way. We've compared our character before and after death, noticing no changes whatsoever. All of our experience, inventory (including resources and food) as well as currency remained as they were. It seems death in ToF doesn't have any meaningful consequences.

The only inconvenience brought on by death is losing some progress if you're playing through a quest. Dying during exploration respawns you at the nearest camp. You'll have to make your way back to where you were.
