Tower of Fantasy: Character development and leveling Tower of Fantasy guide, tips
Everyone enjoys watching their character become more and more powerful. So it's not surprising that this mechanic was also implemented in ToF. However, with a small "but". On this page of the Tower of Fantasy guide you will learn how character development and leveling works.

This page of the guide to Tower of Fantasy will come in useful for those who wish to make their character as powerful as possible. Here we'll explain how to develop your character.
Leveling up
The obvious thing that comes to mind when thinking of character development is leveling up. Your stats increase with every new level. You can check your current level on your character sheet (press the C key).
The level cap in ToF is 80, though it's not the only limitation in place. Tower of Fantasy restricts how many levels you can gain in one day. During your first 24 hours of playing you can only reach up to level 18. The cap increases the more you play. You can reach the final level cap, level 80, after 101 days of playing. Remember this when completing quests and activities granting large amounts of experience - you will lose it forever if you're already at the level cap.
You need experience to level up. It can be obtained as you'd expect it to, by exploring, participating in activities around the world and killing enemies.
Leveling up not only makes you more powerful, but also unlocks new content. Some quests and activities are locked off until you reach a specific level.
Weapons
Another major way to develop your character is acquiring new weapons. Each equipped weapon (you can equip up to three weapons at once) increases your stats. You don't have to use them, they only need to be ready to equip in one of the slots. You'll learn more about weapons on the Combat and weapons page. Remember to enhance your weapons regularly as well. You'll learn more about it on the Enhancing weapons page.
Suppressors
Another way of developing your character is the Suppressor. You'll receive this device during the main quest and it can be upgraded. You need to meet the level requirement and have enough Potent Omnium crystals (as well as enough CS points sometimes). You'll learn more about them on the Suppressors page.
Armors
You can enter the Backpack menu and check to Equipment tab to view your owned armor. Your armor increases your stats as well.
Armor can be acquired by completing challenges (the Adventure tab) clearing Ruins at a normal level, opening password chests after reaching level 30 or purchasing them in the Crystal Dust Store (also available after reaching level 30). You can view your equipped armor on the left side of the screen.
