Memories
The third chapter of Tell Me Why begins with a short fairytale. It summarizes events that took place in the near past.
Next, you'll see Alyson's terrifying dream. She is haunted by the death of her mother, a quarrel with her brother, and the fact that she is forced to hide her past.
Exploring the house
When you wake up, you can thoroughly explore the whole house. Start with your room. You can view letters, photos, documents, and an atlas and cigarettes.
As she moves around the apartment, Alyson will feel more and more tired. She sees fragments of memories that make her mentally exhausted.
When you go down to the lower floor, you can look into Eddy's room. You'll find several documents, numbers, and one box. You can only open it once you find the coin.
As you travel around the house, you can check out a few things. These are mainly photographs and documents.
In the kitchen, next to the breakfast, you can find a note from Eddy. After reading it, you need to find your ID and documents. The documents are in a binder in Alyson's room.
The location of the documents is shown in the screen above.
Return back downstairs for your ID. It lies on a dresser next to coins and car keys. Just take it out of your wallet so it's in your inventory.
Further exploration of the house will bring forth further visions. They will look like memories, but they will significantly weaken your character.
In search of your phone, head to the basement. You can make a gift for Dee there. You can hand it to her when at the police station.
Your phone is under the notebook. Leave the room once you find it.
Michael
Once you leave the basement, someone will knock on your door. Open the door to let Michael in, Tom will stay outside but he will talk to you for a while. You can tell him that your brother is busy cleaning the house. You can also admit to arguing.
Michael is much more understanding. He'll make you a hot drink and wait for you to open up to him. You can honestly tell him what's going on in your life or pretend everything's okay. However, he will continue to explore the subject.
You'll be attacked by memories during the conversation. You can admit it to him, to help relieve your tired psyche.
After you talk to Michael, you finish this part of the game.
