The Essence of Eternity. Requires you to complete the mission on any difficulty level.

Xel'Naga Lifeguard. During the mission Kerrigan's health cannot drop below 1500 hit points. A very simple task. Attack the void thrashers immediately as they appear and don't let the enemy forces get through your fortifications. If you do it, Kerrigan will complete the mission almost unharmed.

Praise the Sun! Use Kerrigan to kill at least 60 units on normal difficulty level. Wait for the enemy to gather forces to attack on your base or base of one of your allies. Select Kerrigan, press the SHIFT key and then mark all enemy units one after another. After less than two dozens of seconds they all should be dead. Repeat the operation few times and you will definitely obtain the achievement.

Purity of Purpose. Kerrigan cannot kill more than 15 units on high difficulty level. In other words, you can use her powers only to kill the void thrashers, which will make defending yourself from enemy attacks much harder. Optionally you can use her to kill single hard targets, such as ultralisks, but only in exceptional situations, so that you won't accidentally exceed the limit.
