World Atlas - Open Locks
This skill allows you to open locks without a key. Lock picks are necessary, as well as completing the mini game, which difficulty level depends on the kind of lock (how sophisticated it is).
Combining this skill with sneaking (and optionally - illusion spell) is the fastest way to become reach at the beginning of the game.
