QUBE 2 - Chapter 1 - Forgotten Roots Q.U.B.E. 2 Guide & Walkthrough

Chapter 1 - Forgotten Roots introduces the player into the gameplay of Q.U.B.E. 2. The player has the chance to learn basic game controls, as well as the ability to manipulate interactive panels and consoles.

Use the action button on one of the white squares located on the ground and then step on it. The blue cube will function as a trampoline, launching your character to the upper level. Go through the doors that can be seen in the distance.

More white boxes in front of you. Activate one of them to create a blue cube and jump to the higher level. Afterwards, turn on the blue cube on the console and use it to get even higher.

Now approach the next panel and activate a blue cube again. Once you jump on it, your character will fly over the abyss to the other side of the room.

In this area you will have your first contact with orange cubes. You can manipulate them using the appropriate button. Approach the first one and activate it, causing the cube to come out of the wall. This will allow you to get to the higher level. Afterwards, extend the lower orange cube, jump on top of it and activate the middle element while simultaneously performing a jump. If you fail to do so, your character will slip off the platform. Repeat the entire process at the last element and jump to the higher level.

Use the appropriate button and slide out the orange cube located to the right of the console. Afterwards, do the same with the orange cube located on the left side.

Approach the console, activate the blue cube and jump on it. You will land on the previously extended element. Activate the blue cube on the console to get to the higher level.

Approach the construction shown in the first screenshot and activate it with the appropriate button. From now on you will have the ability to change the color of panels and consoles, at any given moment. Approach the white panel shown in the second screenshot and create an orange cube. Slide it out and continue.

Use the ability to change the color of your powers. You can now activate a blue cube to get to the higher floor. Now go through the doors visible in the distance.

Choose one of the available squares of the panel and create an orange cube. Now slide it out of the wall to be able to get to the upper floor.

Extend the orange cube, as shown in the first screenshot, and activate the blue cube located on the left side of the console. Jump on the blue cube - your character will be launched to the previously extended element.

Now you need to activate the blue cube on the console and use it to get to the higher floor. Go through the door to finish the Chapter 1 - Forgotten Roots.
