How to solve the puzzle with moving rings in the Upper City?
When you reach the appropriate chamber in the northern part of the region, you will see an interesting mechanism consisting of 3 rings with colorful gems. Your task is to set all parts of the mechanism in motion, and then synchronize them in such a way that they open a passage for you to the next stage.
To set the rings in motion, you need to power 3 separate mechanisms located in three chambers. Below we present the solution to each puzzle.
Right chamber
In the right chamber, grab the purple element with the Dimension Claw, then throw it into the opening above. Jump on the extended middle platform, then use the Claw again to grab the purple power. Immediately jump to the left, bounce off the wall and use a double jump to place the ghost as high as you can (while staying in the center of the room).
With the purple element in hand, teleport to the ghost left above and immediately throw the power up. If everything went according to plan, the doors in the ceiling will close, and the yellow circle will be set in motion.
The purple glow at the entrance to each room neutralizes the action of the Dimension Claw, making it impossible to transfer the purple battery from one part of the puzzle to another.
Left chamber
In the left room, pick up the battery and place it in the lower port. Jump onto the extended platform, bounce off the wall and activate the ghost as high as you can. Then place the purple piece in the top port and get ready to perform a quick sequence of moves.
Jump up and grab the battery, then immediately teleport to the ghost left high up and then throw the battery up. If you manage to do this before the trapdoor in the ceiling closes, you will activate the next part of the main mechanism.
Lower chamber
The lower room is probably the easiest part of the puzzle. In the room you will find two buttons on the floor. Place the ghost on the left button and then press the right one. When the platform with the battery reaches the end of the room, teleport to the first button. Activating it will extend a wall that will knock the purple element to the ground.
Place the power in the port, then jump up the stone platforms to the top of the room. Place the ghost right under the open trapdoor. Go to the active port, grab the battery, quickly teleport to the ghost and immediately throw the purple element up. In this way, you will activate the last ring.
Setting the rings
Once all the rings are set in motion, your task will be to synchronize them in such a way that they are activated at once by passing over the appropriate point. The blue and yellow circles are already synchronized, so the red one remains the problem.
On the platform with colored buttons, stand on the left button when the red ring lights up and passes over the appropriate symbol. Wait a few seconds until the remaining two parts of the mechanism activate. Once all the rings synchronize, the mechanism will activate, extend the platforms, and you will be able to proceed further. This solves the puzzle.
